Reduced cancellation conditions
WITH subscription to cancellation insurance
The amounts paid are covered by the cancellation insurance according to the general cancellation conditions.
WITHOUT having subscribed to cancellation insurance
A voucher, in an amount corresponding to all the sums paid, valid for 2 years will be issued by Hello Summer Inn. In case of refusal on your part, this voucher to be credited will be refunded on request of the corresponding amount.
COVID-19 Special Cancellation Conditions
- Border closure
- Administrative closure of the Hello Summer Inn campsite
- Quarantine on arrival of the customer or on return of the customer to his country
- Limitation of travel to a number of kilometers that does not allow you to come at the Hello Summer Inn campsite.
